1、枯苗的处理

发现枯苗及时拔除，七日内更换到位。

2、新苗补种间隔

发现一株补植一株，在确认苗木死亡后七日内，我方将补种到位。补植的树木应选用原来树种，规格也相近似。若改变树种或规格，盖土网 防寒布 麻绳 油麻绳 麻刀 沥青麻绳 静压造型线 自动浇注机 铸铁拍门 钢制拍门 玻璃钢拍门则须与原来的景观相协调，行道树补植必须与同路段树种一致。在苗木选型上，我们将选择苗木生长旺盛，形态优美的树种进行补植。

3、补种苗木价格

在我方养护管理前枯苗死苗等苗木，由甲方监督，更换苗木的数量及规格和单价提前上报甲方，得到甲方同意后我方七日内更换完毕，甲方进行验收，我方正常养护，在养护期内如因我方养护不当等因素造成的枯苗死苗我方免费积极进行更换，苗木规格按照现有养护期内苗木规格，保证景观效果不受影响。

After Party A's consent, we shall complete the replacement within seven days, and Party A shall carry out acceptance, and we shall maintain them normally. 4、新苗养护措施

（1）新栽植的树木根据不同树种和不同立地条件进行适期、适量的灌溉。

（2）灌溉时灌饱浇透，尤其是春、夏季节，避免灌水量少，造成土层上半部紧密。

（3）夏季灌溉宜早、晚进行，冬季灌溉选在中午进行。

（5）树木周围暴雨后积水及时排除，新栽树木积水尤其尽快排除。

（6）生长期施肥：春季或秋季，肥料以速效无机肥为主，结合浇水进行。

（7）施肥时采用撒肥，在雨后土壤潮湿或湿润时；或者施肥后浇水。高大树木采用穴施，在树根周围挖均匀小穴，肥料施入后覆盖浇水，特殊情况采用根外施肥，用喷雾器把肥液直接喷于叶片背面。
